What your team gets, screen by screen

A guided tour of SimplyPIM's key screens — then start a free trial and see every one of them live with your own catalogue.

01AI enrichment

Stop writing product copy by hand

Point SimplyPIM at a supplier or manufacturer page and it reads the copy, specifications and photography for you — or let the AI draft descriptions and missing attributes from what you already have. Everything lands as a review, not a write: you see exactly what it would take before it takes it.

What it does: fills missing descriptions, attributes and images for thousands of products, from a URL or from AI, with you approving every change.

03One catalogue

Thirty thousand products, one grid

Every product, variant and condition in one place — searchable, filterable, groupable by family. Saved views remember how each person works, the column manager shows exactly the fields you care about, and duplicates are flagged instead of silently multiplying.

  • Group by product family — new, used and ex-demo as one card
  • Completeness scoring on every row, so gaps are visible
  • Export any view to CSV in one click

04Pricing, stock & completeness

The whole truth about one product

Open any product and see everything a merchandiser needs on one page: price per price list, free versus allocated stock, what's missing before it can go live, and real shopper demand fed back from your storefront.

What it does: keeps price lists, multi-location stock and publish-readiness on a single record your whole team reads the same way.

05Accessories & relations

Model what goes with what — once

Attach accessories, spares and alternatives to any product, copy a list that already works to its siblings, and see which links shoppers actually clicked. Suggestions are mined from real storefront sessions, waiting for a yes or no.

What it does: turns "goes well with" knowledge into structured relations the storefront, the API and the pixel can all use.

06Storefront pixel

One script tag. Bigger baskets.

Drop a single script tag on your product pages and SimplyPIM shows "goes with this" accessories from your own relations — and reports back what shoppers viewed, clicked and bought, so the catalogue learns which pairings actually sell.

  • Serves recommendations from relations you control — never a rival's products
  • Demand per product flows back into the PIM
  • Works on any platform that can carry a script tag

07Search analytics

See the searches that found nothing

Every zero-result search is a customer who was shown an empty page. SimplyPIM lists them, explains why each one missed, and fixes the naming gap with a one-click synonym — "lav mic" finds lavalier microphones from then on.

What it does: turns your search log into a to-do list of quick wins, each one recovering real shopper demand.

Also in the box

The unglamorous parts of a PIM, done properly — because the AI is only useful when the plumbing holds.

Imports that remember

Upload a CSV or watch a supplier feed. Map columns once, save the profile, and re-run it forever — with changed-rows-only detection so re-imports are instant.

Exports & syndication

Push clean data out the same way it came in: CSV exports, syndication channels and scheduled deliveries to the places you sell.

Webhooks & schedules

Fire your systems when products change, and put imports, exports and re-index jobs on a timetable.

AI agents (MCP)

An MCP server lets Claude and other AI assistants work your catalogue under scoped keys — same roles, same audit trail as a human user.

REST API & SDK

Every screen is built on the documented API. Sync products, pricing, stock and relations from ERP, EPOS or your own code.

Attributes & completeness

Attribute sets define what "complete" means per category, and every product is scored against it — so "ready to publish" is a fact, not a feeling.

Duplicate control

Lookalike products are flagged and resolved side by side — merge them or keep them, deliberately.

Multi-location stock

Warehouse, shop and dropship stock tracked per location, rolled up into one sellable figure your channels can trust.

Backups

Snapshot your business's data on demand and restore it yourself — your catalogue is yours.

Live in three steps

No implementation project, no consultants, no six-week onboarding.

Import your catalogue

Upload a CSV, point us at a supplier feed, or push products through the API. Attributes are mapped once and the mapping is saved; duplicates are flagged.

Let the AI fill the gaps

SimplyPIM scores every product for completeness, then drafts the missing descriptions, attributes and relations for you to approve.

Publish everywhere

Sync clean data to your storefront and marketplaces, and add the accessory pixel to start recommending related products the same day.

The public storefront search API for your own website, plus relevance tuning, synonyms, saved presets and search analytics. Searching the products grid in the dashboard is included in every plan.

API access £99/mo

API keys, scopes and rate limits, so your own software can read and write the catalogue. Using the dashboard needs no key and is included in every plan.

AI assistants (MCP) £149/mo

The MCP server: Claude and other AI agents read and edit the catalogue through a scoped key, under the same roles and permissions as the API.

Storefront pixel £249/mo

A script tag on your shop that reports what shoppers viewed and bought, powering accessory recommendations and price suggestions from real behaviour.

How SimplyPIM compares

Even with every extra switched on, one SimplyPIM subscription covers what would otherwise take a PIM plus three separate point solutions — a site-search vendor, a recommendation widget and a pricing tool.

Frequently asked questions

What is a PIM and do I need one?

A product information management system is the single source of truth for your catalogue: titles, descriptions, attributes, media, pricing and stock. If your product data lives in spreadsheets and supplier feeds today, a PIM removes the copy-paste and keeps every sales channel consistent.

How is SimplyPIM different from a traditional PIM?

Traditional PIMs store data you have already written. SimplyPIM writes it: AI enrichment reads supplier pages and drafts missing attributes and descriptions, natural-language search answers catalogue questions in plain English, and the storefront pixel turns product relations into accessory recommendations.

How does the free trial work?

Signing up starts a 14-day free trial of the full product — no credit card required, and every optional extra can be switched on free while the trial runs. We will be in touch during the trial to get you set up, and when you pick a plan we invoice you and activate it for you.

What do the extras cost?

Each extra is a flat monthly price on top of your plan: advanced storefront search £199, API access £99, AI assistants (MCP) £149 and the storefront pixel £249. Add or remove them from the in-app marketplace at any time — none of them is required to use the PIM.

Can I change plan later?

Yes — upgrade or downgrade at any time from your dashboard. Changes are prorated to the day, and nothing is deleted if you move down a tier.

How does payment work?

There is no self-serve checkout. Choose the plan you want and we will confirm the details, invoice you and activate your account — usually within one working day.

How long does onboarding take?

Most teams import a CSV or a supplier feed and see their catalogue in SimplyPIM the same day. There is nothing to install, no implementation fee and no minimum term.

What counts towards my product limit?

Parent products count once. Variants, images, attribute values and stock locations are unlimited on every plan, so a 900-SKU catalogue with thousands of variants still fits comfortably on Starter.

Can I use SimplyPIM through an API?

Yes. Every screen in SimplyPIM is built on the same documented REST API, so you can sync products, attributes, pricing, stock and relations from ERP, EPOS or your own tooling — and there is an MCP server so AI agents can work the catalogue under scoped keys. API access (£99/month) and AI assistants (£149/month) are optional extras; the dashboard itself never needs a key.
